Through my relationship with Ken at my church, I have had the opportunity through school, church and work related events to hire him for DJ services. Ken has such a great time with the kids and they respond so well to his fun games with tools he brings to keep them engaged. Current and age appropriate music! Not only did she handle th kitchen well, she also kept an eye on the party areas, ensuring that the food and beverages were promptly refilled and tended to. Wedding at Redfield
Arlene and I would like to say Thank You for making our wedding day so care free and wonderful at Redfield Estate. The set up for the buffet was amazing and went perfectly with our Fall Themed wedding. You and your team did an outstanding job with all the set up and clean up. Everything flowed very nicely. Knowing that there were experienced peole there to handle all the set up and clean up really made us both feel at ease and much more relaxed. It gave us the time to really soak in the moment and enjoy ourselves that much more.
Ken did a great job handling all of the entertainment and DJ duties. Somtheing as simple as a lapel microphone for the ceremony ended up working out so well and allowed everyone there the chance to hear and enjoy the ceremony. From the introductions of the bridal party to the final dance, Ken kept a great flow throughout the entire evening and provided everyont there an enjoyable night. Backyard Wedding Rained Out!
On 7/23/11 our daughter was to be married in our backyard garden but we awoke to flood waters surrounding our home. We had a “plan B” for rain, but not for flooding. I called Denise & she was amazing at calming my nerves. Luckily a new venue was found for the wedding & the race was on. Denise came over to our home & with family & friends packed up EVERYTHING for the new wedding location. Later when I arrived for the ceremony, I was overcome with emotion as to the beautiful job created by Denise & her staff–The tables, buffet, bar, her personal touch with the sweet table–even my own decorations were lovingly placed around the room. Denise and her staff went above & beyond the call of duty to make our daughters day BEAUTIFUL from start to finish. The DJ was great & had us on the dance floor forever, & the bartenders very professional.We never had to worry about anything because Denise and her team took care of everything. Our Murder Mystery Party was a smashing success!!!!
From the black and white pictures as our guests came in the door in their Roaring 20’s Costumes, to your actors, servers, bartenders, DJ services, and decorations were outstanding!
Joel did a great job as the actor for the Murder Mystery. Our guests didn’t realize they were actors until it was time to sit down for dinner. It was very impressive to our guests!
I have had Halloween parties for about 12 years and this was everyone’s favorite. Believe me if you decide to have one you will love every minute of the party. This was also my first time to have a party planner take over and it was the best decision I have ever made, because I got to sit back and enjoy the party with my friends instead of running around throughout the party. And the best part was that, I did not have to clean-up!
We would definitely use these services again! TY

We cannot say enough about your services! We were very pleased with the servers who were one step ahead of us all the time. Your servers kept the kitchen clean and the guest tables were so clean, and were so quiet while working. The bartenders did a fabulous job in entertaining the guests. The extra beverage tubs the bartender brought were excellent since we didn’t know what we were going to do. Wedding at Redfield Estate
We have been so pleased with the services that Denise and Ken has given us. They have sat down with us several times in the past few months helping us plan our wedding. Denise has made it a point to make sure we received the rental equipment we requested and colors of our wedding. We couldn’t be happier with the Customer Service.
Ken will be playing all the music that we requested, and has helped us decide what songs to play. Love the fact that we get a complimentary CD with our wedding package!

Home Party Denise Murphy called me back within 20 minutes of my call, to book some help with my party, I held in my home. Her servers Ann and Rosann are lovely, professional and hard-working. They really made my event run smoothly by keeping my food stocked, helping my guests, cleaning my serving pieces, handling the garbage and cleaning up after the event was through. They did not need much direction and took the initiative to do all the work so that I could enjoy myself. I was very pleased with their work and would hire them back again without hesitation! Personal Home Party Denise and the crew from A Touch of Elegance were outstanding! From our initial phone call to the end of the party, everything was handled perfectly! We had a backyard neighborhood Turkey Bowl and the food and tables were arranged perfectly! They set up what looking like the ultimate tailgate party, just what we asked for and delivered within our budget! They were very accomodating to each and everyone of our guests. They set up, cleaned up and they were very focused on all the details. It is not a matter of if we will use them again-it is a matter of when. Wedding at Redfield Estate
I was the wedding coordinator in December that the bride wanted to serve ethnic food for dinner in order to add a personal flair to the wedding. The problem was finding a caterer that would just do staffing in the budget that we were looking to work with. A Touch of Elegance not only worked within our budget but had above and beyond service that really and truly spoke to their character as a company. They were so agreeable and accomodating to our needs, willing to work with pretty much whatever we threw their way. They were incredibly nice and hospitable to the wedding guests on the day of the event. I would highly recommend them to any and all brides to be that are getting married in the Chicagoland area! Bridal Shower
I can’t say enough for everything you did for Ryan and Mandy’s shower! Everything looked so beautiful! I couldn’t believe you could take a backyard shower and turn it into a banquet style shower!
